The Pacific Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, or your credit card will be charged for your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, multiple room bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00PM-10:00PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Credit Cards will be charged by 11 AM on the day of your arrival. Pacific Inn reserves the right to cancel your reservation in the event your credit card declines for any reason.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE – however, smoking is accepted 25 feet away from our building. A minimum $200 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of smoking in any of your rooms.
NO PETS! – Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet. A minimum $200 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of pets in rooms.
We reserve the right to enter and check the condition of any room at any time.
No ice chests or coolers with drain spouts in rooms.
